Bill, the key words in your post seem to me to be "It seems to me..." I hear ya on the kry press release hype, and agree. But I see hype on all sides of the question, Placer, Carson, Ynaty, etc. Now this New York pimp Asensio - well who cares. It's what the judges rule that counts, because contrary to Asensio's central points, there is in fact a court case in progress, right now.
