From what I can tell, a 700k buy at around 10:30am pushed the stock up almost 50 cents this morning.

This raises a question I had about that "Second Opinion" analysis site. When it says that a stock is "under accumulation," does that mean that buying patterns suggest that one or more major players are making consistent purchases? Or does it just mean that the stock is being bought generally (which is pretty meaningless)?
