BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 25, 1998--Formis Network Services Sdn Bhd (Formis), a
Malaysian-based, ''solutions driven'' IT vendor and member of the Formis Group of Companies, today signed a marketing,
sales and support partnership agreement with Lightbridge, Inc. (NASDAQ:LTBG - news). Lightbridge is a leading provider of
software solutions to the converged telecommunications market for managing risk and promoting customer loyalty and growth.
Under this agreement, Formis is a regional partner authorised to market, distribute, license and support Lightbridge's
FraudBuster(R) and ChurnAlert(R) solutions throughout the entire Asia Pacific Region, including Malaysia, Indonesia,
Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and India.
