Craig,

You may be right about the Gigamux not being deployed in the Brooks Fiber test system yet, but did you actually expect them to by now? You're a big Ciena fan, right? How long does one of these tests take? The Gigamux is on the approved list, which IMO means that Brooks likes the Gigamux. If Osicom gets Brooks to start some serious deployment, revenues will RAMP up. It seems like the odds of this happening are at least high enough to scare some skeptical shorters into not shorting.

I also admit that you called the Osicom fall out last year. From my research over the past couple of weeks I've found out that this fall out IMO stemmed either directly or indirectly form the floorless convertible they issued. The holders of the convertibles may have been performing an arbitrage by selling short their position in hopes of converting into more shares. I admit that finding these things is a wonderful way to short stocks, but it hardly means that a company is a scam.

Also, please argue with the positive earnings. Don't you think the company deserves a price/sales ratio of at least 1?

You should go check out Bill Wexler's profits of doom. From what I can tell, there are a lot more clearcut scams over there than whatever you're trying to turn Osicom into.
