Davef appears to be a deranged individual. It has come to MR. Pink's attention that he lost all his money in ACRT and his wife threw him out of the house. He lives behind a dumpster and sits in front of the computer at the local library all day and whines about his losses on ACRT and mistakenly blames Mr. Pink.
