Forgive me, but I forgot to respond to shorters' lame argument 4: The Anonymous Electronics Company.

Quite often companies engage in confidential relationships to conceal new product plans etc. As a condition of this supplier relationship FIBR has obviously signed some non-disclosure agreements. I do it all the time.

For a good recent example of this look at MLOG. They had to keep quiet about their deal with Sprint for 4 months. And all they were doing was selling Sprint one of there systems. Nothing close to anything like having an executive from that company joining their board of directors. If the company is a sham, this executive, who represents the interests of the electronics firm will find out fast. The reason why this was part of the deal is probably so the electronics firm can protect their investment.

If this deal is purely a fabrication by FIBR management, we will know in 30 days.

Regards,
Chris
