I appreciate your work on this thread. I disagree with your assessment that NCR was a dud - I bought in in the high 20's and intend to hold for an expected target in the high 30's to low 40's.

They seem to be doing the right things in focusing on warehouse/data management and atm machines. dropping their personal computer division was a good idea since it is a commodity market anyway. It will be a longer term play and is a dud only in the sense that it has taken longer to rise than other picks (imho)

I do agree with doing my own due diligence - and have done so. Sometimes to my own detriment as I missed your call on GMH while studying it. (Great call in the low 30's)
