Patrick,

NYSE HI/LO - 95/25=3.8 The day before the ratio was 12.6
NAZ HI/LO - 112/68=1.6 The day before the ratio was 3.2

So it was a substantial decline in the ratios.

Patrick or anyone,

I am trying to understand the interest rates. The employment numbers came out higher than expected. They were looking for 250,000 but came in 310,000, and 4.4-4.5 and came in 4.6. As soon as they reported the numbers the S&P futures were going up and down and the interest rates increased slightly. Then about 15 minutes later the Futures were up around 5 and interest rates declined slightly.

I had originally thought that if the numbers came in higher than expected the interest rates would rise. Was there something else stated, or am I missing the boat completely.

Hope I can get some clarification, since I'm one confused puppy.
