I don't believe that is how you calculate fully diluted. It is closer to the earnings divided by the average number of shares throughout the year. Average is probably under 17 million. Looks like there was at least one trade in Berlin, but stock was unchanged. 10 1/2 x 10 9/16 premarket - could be that this delay made some of the institutions think things were going to be worse than what happened. PHV actually closed up yesterday after posting a loss of $1.09 for the year. David
