I received an EMAIL from someone who put this EnviroTec approval process in a different perspective. He is an SI lurker and CSMA investor:

As a matter of fact though, things are happening somewhat quicker that originally expected. I have a pretty intimate knowledge of the DE state legislature and how it works and can tell you that last November I would have been shocked to know that the Class V issues would have breezed through the state's environmental agency and the legislature as easily as it has. We're experiencing a VERY rare thing I assure you! Original projections had the governor of the state signing off on all this stuff sometime in April and it looks entirely possible that it could happen even BEFORE that!

Regarding the speed of the legislation, things must be a LOT more civil out west than they are here in the lil' ole Diamond State. If one of those things was going in here, it'd be used for political gamesmanship for sure. I ought to know, my former father-in-law was the Senate's majority leader for 20 years and is currently the President Pro-temp here...THE atypical political gorilla, all about power, ego, and bending other people to his will. Not pretty to watch I assure you...I've seen a LOT of good legislation sit for over a year just because he doesn't like someone associated with it, etc.

Guess I'm jaded, but I really AM somewhat amazed that in a state do
environmentally conscious that there hasn't been more gamesmanship'. Must be one big happy Morman family in that building!
from David Rabian.

While we are justifiably upset that something we wanted to happen hasn't, it's a shame it has clouded us soooo much that we overlooked how smoothly the Class V went through.

A synopsis of recent events could be written as follows:

"The Class V approval process has been running ahead of schedule and ahead of what often occurs in many state legislatures BUT the Company has still not filed the Form 10"

I hate that conjunction BUT. In today's language, it is used as a negator of all that precedes it.

To Lewis and all--
I just got off the phone with Mike Millis. Quite a refreshing chat, let me tell you! Mike did a good job of answering my questions, so now I can relax, and not wonder what is going on behind the scenes.

The Form 10 is a front burner item for CSMA. The holdup is necessary due to legal difficulties with a former company official. From what Mike told me, there are no long term troubles to expect from this lawsuit.

We all know how convoluted the law system is. In the case of CSMA's Form 10, the law is definitely causing a holdup. And as Mike pointed out to me several times, we don't have the share price to get listed yet, so getting the Form 10 would accomplish very little towards getting CSMA listed on the AMEX or NASDAQ Small Cap boards.

I am banishing this issue from my mind henceforth. Now to sit back and wait for the good news!

Cheers!
Rick
