You got the opposite, 3Com was too aggressive on the one-time charge. It wanted the M&A action has minimal impact on future earnings. Anyway, the street doesn't react too negatively so good for the longs.

the accounting practices coms conducted are conducted almost by everyone else..it is widely practiced...Cramer is know to be a manipulator...
