The problem was that his lawyer was not willing to work on a full contingency basis. He would charge his hours off to any recovery amount, but had to have his costs and filing fees up front. And trying to organize a "fund" from the shareholders proved to cumbersome. Tonto did send me some material which satisfied me he was not the type of person portrayed in some email I had received. I concluded that he too had suffered serious financial losses in this scam. However, despite repeated requests for information, he has not been willing to share whatever he has learned, and it became apparent to me that we were unable to combine forces in a joint effort to investigate, and track down both Mo and his ill gotten gains. Aside from Tonto saying he is making progress, I have absolutely no idea of what he may or may not have accomplished to date. Hence, I am trying to continue my own efforts to at least locate some of the money I believe was spirited away in hopes of luring a lawyer into the case. tom w
