davep, I've seen no news on MDCO. I suspect it is speculation on possible acquisition that may or may not happen. I sold some shares and relocated the money with ESV--IMHO a better value at these prices. I'm still cautious around the possibility that we may see lower oil prices and with that further drops in drilling stocks. But I don't think you want to miss the long term opportunity by being out of them completely. We'll see how it plays out. Baird
