Thean,

The short-term technicals I use indicate that for the very short-term(1-5 days) it is overbought.

The OSX has convincingly surpassed its 2 previous peaks which is a very good sign for futher upward movement and that it the bottom has been established

However, if the market pulls back substantially, say 8200 on the DOW it should will pull down the OSX a little, but it will not retest the lows unless the overall market drops alot more or the OSX components start coming out with bad news.

I sold my GLM for a 3 point profit in about a week, since the overall market will be pulling back soon. On any nice pullback, will be jumping right back into the OSX. The OSX is definitely an area of strength now, and per yesterdays performance when the DOW dropped 94 points it did very well.

Seeya

Thean..Are you buying more FLC in order to win the race with LT? That's unfair <g>
I jumped off the Glomar into the seas at 25 1/4...Things are looking too tenuous around the patch. It's inevitable that we will see some lowering of day-rates coming up for the offshore drillers. I remember Luig stating that $15 oil for 2-3 months will have an impact on the drillers. That scenario is being played-out now, with the summer driving season still 4 months out...I see some more buying opportunities on the horizon, and don't want to be sitting on losses in the meantime.
