You're right Henry, its abysmal. And we as shareholders must ask ourselves WHY DO WE WANT A BOARD THAT HAS SO LITTLE FAITH IN THE COMPANY? Isn't it high time that the board including the new chairman start showing some faith in a company into which we, as shareholders, have put our hard-earned money, and also start buying some shares. Otherwise, as much as I would like to think, imagine, wish that they have my interest at heart, it is impossible to entertain that thought. By the way, do you agree with my proposal in a past post on this and the Yahoo thread that we need an e-mail address where we can address our questions and obtain honest and full answers from a responsible shareholder relations dept? I'd rather see the money go for that than for higher salaries for the board people.

I see you point Henry. That the directors put up little of their own
money. What I am getting at though is that the directors do have
options that total close to 1 million shares when converted (at around
2 1/4). In this sense at least, they do have something at stake. Most
of these options are vested or in the money (I think they can make up
the difference between the share price and option price to get the
shares). My point is that the increase in payment per meeting is
small change compared to the worth of their options.

I guess I will try to keep an open mind when the proxy arrives.
