While one can argue that there is a problem with a person who runs this finance company,is worth millions, and still doesn't pay his taxes, you have to take this info with a grain of salt until you hear WHY from that individual. There are a lot of reasons why someone would not pay their taxes. You're dealing with government agencies that are required by statutes to file liens immediately upon their being due and not paid. Then there is a workout process, an appeal process, any number of processes that can take years to end (especially in New York).
