Hello! Milk,

In my opinion, it appeared that many people got caught up in the emotion yesterday, creating if you will a sort of snowball buying frenzy!

Several opinions were shared on this thread yesterday, in varying degrees and communicative styles---which by the way I feel makes this thread one where everyone can express their own investment views and opinions.

I'm guessing that as time draws closer to any merger/acquisition announcements, there is the potential that more and more observers
will be closely scrutenizing the activites on CVIA---i.e. investors, shareholders, MM'S, Brokers, etc.....( we have certainly seen an example of the type of trading volume that can be generated on CVIA
Shares----and it appears that all that significant volume was predicated partially on rumor and to a certain degree, I imagine anticipation of a News Announcement!).

With all the excitement that has been generated here lately even though I had officially resigned my position as somewhat of a spokesperson for a few people, a few weeks ago,---I did feel compelled to clarify with Jack Arnold, some of the discussion points surrounding recent speculation and otherwise regarding CVIA.

Most of you have probably read ( word for word) as communicated to me by Jack Arnold in one of my postings yesterday that in Jack Arnold's own words, " Wayne, The first tire company acquisition ( the $3.5 Million tire company) is in place for when the merger with WOTD is finished... and the merger should be finished in the next 2-4 weeks.
We are trying to have the Reg. S bought out, but in no way is it a done deal."

I just thought it would be prudent and responsible if I posted Jack's latest response to me regarding any/all other rumors that may be circulating regarding CVIA.

A final comment/observation by Wayne J.----- I am very encouraged
( as a CVIA Shareholder) that there is such a dramatic and growing interest starting to build on CVIA.--------I'm sure like the rest of you I welcome any/all new and former participants to this thread to be robust in their postings ( as this makes for some interesting reading and learning opportunities)----but I would kindly request that if and when you are sharing any of your thoughts or information on this thread that you clearly indicate on your posting if you are submitting your own opinion?---or facts that can be backed up by specific details and background!!

These past few days have provided some thought provoking scenario's--and although we may each have a little different impression/opinion of how we see our investment in CVIA developing
the sense I get is that we are all basically working toward the same goals! ( Just my own opinion!)

Thank you to everyone for your high energy level of participation.

In my opinion, I wonder what type of activity we will see on CVIA in regards to volume and price, if and when we get the next news announcement?------I say if and when we get it, mainly because it leaves a window of opportunity open so if the announcement comes sooner then the two week time frame or longer than the four week anticipated time frame--then we don't have to shoot the messenger!
OKAY??

In my opinion try to remain calm and patient, and in turn that should provide for a bettor atmosphere to develop a strategy and to enable us to react to any changes in the CVIA Market situation---whatever happens next in the CVIA Story. ( --Always be sure to do what is right for you!)

Here is my last comment! ( I know I had five last and final comments!)

At this point in time, to the best of my knowledge from what I have been told by CVIA Management we are a shell company-------and what I am hoping for is that in the next four weeks that will change in as much that Jack Arnold will have been able to put value in a shell where currently their is basically no value.

Well Jack!!! keep those midnight oils burning, I sense that you are just about there, our thoughts and support are with you on a constant basis-if there is anything more that we can do to help----just ask!!!!

We look forward to some fun and exciting times ahead!

I will ask this one favour of you Jack !!------- Please! We are all pretty well fried out---with all the rumors etc, that we have been immersed in,
we are all very anxious and excited, and our patience has worn very thin ( as I imagine so has yours?).------The moment that the deal is finalized ( signed, sealed and delivered)----please advise us of the details immediately there after!!!!------I reinforce this because if , as and when the deal is completed the longer the time passes from the final agreement and to the time of the actual news announcement----it is quite possible that the rumor mill could start churning, and the potential is always there for the wrong information to start hitting the threads!!!---------Based on all the developments that have transpired over the last six months, I imagine you got my point!

Jack, I will call you Mr. President of CVIA, as in my opinion you have done a very unselfish and very credible job, representing the CVIA Shareholders,----and now time will tell to what level your efforts will take us.

Best Regards To All.

Wayne J.
