well keep this in mind...

the puts were around 8 1/2 or so the other day..could have been somebody selling what they had bought before...

BUT BUT BUT...considering the market I would THINK it was a buy..

btw, rumors of Greenspan having a heartattack..NOT TRUE..but imagine what would happen if something happened to Greenspan....

I think the economy needs to buy some "key man" insurance...

To anyone re GTW: I saw that people on this thread have been tossing around shorting/put ideas. I haven't been following GTW closely and will have to look at the fundamentals, but it looks technically weak. And with the intc announcement, some of the oem's must be setting up to miss badly. Any thoughts here? (Sorry if anyone has mentioned this before -- every time I log to this thread there are about 100 new posts.)

don -wfc

now wfc is trading in a tight range (UNUSUAL) and it is a range within yesterdays trades so far....AND it is NOT zooming with the market...

now does your concept of trading within previous days range work as well with stocks...

this should fortell something with WFC..but WHICH DIRECTION????
