Jin and others on the thread, would you take a look at post 5210 which I wrote to Brad. Brad has not responded, but I see a red flag in the term "share exchange." If this can mean anything besides a reverse split, I would appreciate it if someone can explain what.

I am now told that a price of $5.00 is needed to gain Nasdaq small cap
listing. If investors think FAMH is going to do a reverse split, you can just bet the price will not go higher. To get to $5, it would take a 10 for 1 split. Didn't Ira promise no reverse split? This should be clarified!
