At least we know Mitch is telling the truth, Dan. Why don't you call Mitch and ask him about the liens?

You're right. That's lunch money. New York nickels and dimes people to death over taxes, frequently in error. Any of you guys run your own businesses in NY? The tax situation is a screwed up mess, the state frequently in error, and it gets straighten out on appeal. Anyone who would just pay an erronious tax bill instead of appeal it is a full, and I for one, don't want a full running one of my investments.
This is just another case of someone finding a document on a principle, and making it into the worsecase without any knowledge of it whatsoever.
Say. I have an idea. Why don't you shorts post your name and addresses up here, and let us longs delve into your personal lives... that could be fun.

To Dan and all: Let me explain how taxes work in NY. First of all, if you have a bill to pay and just as an example, make a mistake in the amount by $10, it will be reflected as not paid. You will immediately incur penalties and interest will accrue from that date forward. If a lien is filed for nonpayment, it can take upwards to 2 years for that lien to be satisfied, even if you have paid it. Second of all, it shouldn't matter if it's "lunch money" or not. If you feel you don't owe it, why should you pay? If you explain it, appeal it, whatever, in NY it can take as long as two years before the issue can be cleared up. You can't argue with NY, you can't even get them on the phone.

Why all this hunt for the real Mr. Pink, So you find him and put a name to him so what. Well it might be interesting to see if he has some involvement with the Company but I doubt it. I would like to just remember him as Mr. Pink, even if you find his real name I would prefer Pink. Maybe he's really that lead singer for Areosmith you know with that big hit song "Pink is My Favorite Color".

P.S. Pink if you find your cookie file and delete it they can't trace your web browser.
