Rumor has it that the price is too low, people should buy because it will go up. It's near a 52 week low, heavy volume buying the last 2 days. When someone buys 3-4 million shares around 18, they are expecting it to go up. This is the rumor, but you should sell when the news comes out that somebody did buy all those shares.
By the way, has anyone noticed that S&P rated DSC a B- investment grade last October when the stock was at 30, it says that there is negative cash flow. It may not be resolved but I think at 40% off, some of the risk has been taken out. Any comments?

The stock price is currently down 1/8 to 17/58. With a backdrop of the Dow Jones being up in excess of 100 points and the OTC up more than 36 points, it is clear that the investment world has little confidence in DSC's outlook. Whether our stock price is $18, $19, or even $20, it is irrelevant. Unless upward stock price changes are the result of events that clearly alter DSC's outlook going forward (e.g. a number of substantive contracts, expectations of substantive contracts, senior management changes), then our stock price is dead in the water.
