The threads should be left completely free, imo, and management should only step in where threats of violence or serious and profane insulting is going on. I wholeheartedly agree. But the Whiners are bigtime attention-seekers, and very very insistent. And so the squeaking wheel...

Complaints that do not fall in the serious categories of threats or obscenity should be sent back stamped "GROW UP". I read some of that person's posting on Kahuna and am stunned that you and Tomasso were warned. That's ludicrous and that person is an obvious jerk looking for a fight. I really don't get it.
