Just wanted to call attention to the issue--the purpose of this was to raise the stock price to get listed. The only way I know of to do that is rs--hoping someone who talks to Ira can clarify this. My fear is no one will be buying much from here as long as rs appears to be a prospect--best to get it cleared up. As far as being grandfathered in to old NASDAQ requirements, I cannot see why an exception would be made for FAMH. My strong feeling is NOT to do an RS and just wait for the price to rise as it should if all we are told is true.

Actually listing requirements are $4/share.
