Peter, it is possible that the analysts estimates were based on reality, using the proper amount of outstanding shares and using the proper tax rate. ECGOF had ALL the info. available. Of course I don't know all the behind the scenes workings, but it's pretty obvious that the earnings delays were because of Norris arguing and negotiating with the auditors as to the affect of the increased shares dilution and coming up with the proper tax rate. It is apparent that they didn't know what the final number would be until this week. Mark
