Mike, now that Intel has preannounced they might report better than expected earnings based on lowered estimates which may trigger the first 500 pt up day in history. Why not when two of the largest chippies warn and the mkt rallies 125 pts it seems reasonable to expect a 500 pt up day. I have finally figured this mkt out there is no reason to fear this mkt is to big to fail the powers that be will not let it fail. The American worker no longer needs to produce -cheap foreign labor can do that. we americans can trade for a living. I seem to recall AG saying that stock prices may not be too high if earnings come in as expected -I guess he was not refering to the chippies or maybe he is talking about the year 2005. VGFG Mike no ho ho ho's today

I know you like swc. What was the logic in sale of 320K shares at 20 3/8 today? Do you have an idea of who it was & why? After reading your bio the other day I imagine some of your asian buddies have more than a bit of SWC.

I was thinking some one got wind of some bearish Russian supply news....(waiting for a dip to by more, personally)
