To All: From Bloomberg bloomberg.com

"Compaq Computer Corp. (CPQ): The computer maker, Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) and America Online Inc. (AOL) are among technology stocks that Edward Kerschner, chairman of PaineWebber Inc.'s investment policy committee, says could be winners, the Wall Street Journal reported in its ''Heard on the Street'' column. Kerschner says any indiscriminate selling of tech stocks based on Intel Corp.'s (INTC) earnings warning could present a buying opportunity, though he's staying away from semiconductor companies. Compaq fell 7/8 to 27 1/8. Microsoft fell 2 1/4 to 80 1/16. America Online rose 3 1/8 to 116 1/8. Intel fell 19 7/8 to 75 9/16."

Sure seems like when CPQ is going up everyone around here is deadly quiet. The price rise must be like mothers milk.
