Sun Oil only known completion to date....

Dr. J, Sun Oil is the only KNOWN completed project to date. That was their first complete end-to-end job. The assessment was 30K, the follow-on project was 300K. It involved 3 "facilities".

We also know the IVAX job has been bid on by TAVA to the tune of 7.5 million. The assessment bagged TAVA 750K. Thus, there is tentative evidence for a rule here, the 10:1 rule. I have no idea whether IVAX is perusing other bids for the end-to-end job.

When Jenkins says that no one has dropped out after the assessment, I feel the most conservative interpretation is that the customer agrees to a renovation and **requests bids** from TAVA. Contract acceptance is not a sure thing. What I am looking for during the Q3 CC is some indicating of slugging percentage, i.e., how many contracts does TAVA get as a percentage of assessments completed.

"None!" said Jenkins. Thanks for the reminder Roy. Add to that the TAVA revenue projections: each $1 in pilot money generates another $9. I haven't heard if IVAX accepted TAVA's bid, but I hear that the initial $750,000 led to a $7.5 million bid for the follow-on. I also heard that my numbers might be a little high. I heard this prior to Jenkins, "None!" I also hear that Coca-Cola is a roll out from a one-plant pilot to a ten-plant pilot.
