Brettster you could be right..but.....If the TA says there are something like 93 million shares issued then they are either in the float or in the company treasury....If they are in the treasury I don't think they would be recorded by the TA though....We were having trouble treading water when the issued was in the mid 80 million range now we are in the 90's....

William:
So you are saying, after all that is happening we should buy more shares. With no new contract announcements and a float that could support the titanic, not too mention after a lot of the big shareholders sold off. On the other hand, you are correct in saying this stock will see .20 cents again, its called the law of MM greed. Me, I have better things than to spend my money on than this stock at the present time. Drugs may be good. I was trusting, order my certificates, while lies have been told. We have been decieved by many and I have accepted this as a loss today, so it doesn't matter to me one way or the other if Euto crashes and burns or not. Although, if I lose money, then crash and burn is good. I don't see Euto breaking a dollar anytime soon. If I can break even on this stock, I would be more than happy.

Brettster,

<<I can see this stock back up in the .20's real soon, but this is
what it will take to get it there:

* Positive NEWS from Eutro regarding status of leaked shares
* Status report on progress of Financials and estimate to Reporting.
* News on status of other proposed deals
* Additional shares being retired (from 50mil issue)
* Eutro using an Investors newsletter for a write up on company>>

Your list is very good and seems to cover the important areas
that would help this stock to move..Could you be more specific
on what you would like to see under each heading? Why not use
these message boards to communicate to EUTO exactly what we
would like to see in an announcment..to help our company (as stock-
holders) increase in value. Don't get me wrong...previous
announcements by EUTO have been positive, but lacking in substance
of any specific plan of actions for accomplishing their goals,
ie. dates and course of action.Anyone else feel the same ?

My biggest concern is if EUTO has taken legal action against
the four companies that they loaned EUTO shares to, for
collateral...where can we as stockholders verify this? What
court has this case been filed at, and what is the case #.

In addition to actually receiving shares in the company that
they took public and are distributing to EUTO stockholders
as a dividend...what are the planned dates for the next one?
And what can we expect for our loyalty as company shareholders?

Those leaked shares are a major credibility problem for anyone
to have confidence in management..and I can't believe they
won't issue a public statement on what exactly and when they
will specifically address this. Not to mention, how they will
prevent this from happening in the future.

I too hold 000,000 shares, and I am not willing to sell at
the current price..but I would be more than willing to purchase
more as you suggest in averaging down, if and when EUTO puts
out believable public statements that address the shareholders
concerns.

Thanks again for your detailed list of what you think EUTO
should do. It would be nice for others to list the most
important item(s) that EUTO Management could accomplish
for them to want to buy more stock, and what concerns EUTO
Management could address PUBLICLY, to keep their patience
as an existing shareholder!

Regards,
Shawn
