Not for those brokerages that I checked. We all are self-directed investors/traders and we understand the risk of trading. If I placed a trade and it got executed, I am solely responsible for its outcome. If I placed an order to sell and the stock ran up, I can only blame myself for placing that trade.

Even Datek can cancel one's active orders, I expect, as the rule that Datek published, that I am notified upon cancellation.
