I have, today, for the very first time with PLSIA, reached "the black". Yes, I am very happy and anticipate a nice run-up towards next earnings statement!

Best regards,

Ron, enjoyment is just beginning. Nice day today. My timing of the $11 breakout was a few days off. Perhaps, some of you missed this Reuters story today.

SACRAMENTO, Calif., March 6 (Reuters) - Ophthalmic Imaging
Systems said Nasdaq plans to delist its stock and added that it
should know by next week if the delisting will occur before its
exchange offer closes with Premier Laser Systems Inc .
The Boston Stock Exchange delisted Ophthalmic shares on
March 3.
It said the exchanges' actions should not affect Premier
Laser Systems' tender offer of $1.75 in cash, $0.25 in Premier
stock and two warrants for Ophthalmic shares.
The completion of the tender offer is subject to customary
conditions, including registration with the Securities and
Exchange Commission of the securities to be offered to the
Ophthalmic Imaging shareholders.

My take is this: OISI's pending de-list was a positive factor for PLSIA. No way will there be any complications on the tender offer. IMHO, the buying stems from this story and, earnings anticipation. I'm not too sure about a pullback on Monday. Look for this level as a base for the "earnings fever" rise this month and into April. Many large blocks were purchased today and yesterday.

Those holding shares purchased at higher prices... you have reason for optimism.
