Stewart,

I've said this many times before, but I believe most of the shares came from the floorless convertibles issued by Osicom. The price fell down to low levels which enabled the convertible owners to convert their shares into many common shares. It seems that most of this is over now except for a couple of issues that have some kind of time delay on them.

This issuing of floorless convertibles doesn't reflect on the integrity of management, just the ignorance. Check out other companies that have these convertibles: NPRO, KKRO, PNDA, RACE, WRLS. Watch their stock price after the convertibles are effective and then also look at their shares outstanding.
