Baoho, The stock price of DBCO over the last few weeks speaks loud and clear whether we get a good deal or not. The offer is simply mediocre. Unfortunately, there is no other offers and the stockholders have no other choice. I want to see ECGOF change the offer to four to one ratio and make it to two years, but I am afraid that the management have been bought by ECGOF and nobody is fighting for the shareholders anymore. Our only hope is that somebody else comes up and makes a better offer. Chien Li
