This a.m. I have researched Merced, Inc. and the Eleventh Hour Software Production (subsidiary,EHI), as related to CSHK, I believe to no avail. Merced does not seem to be one-and-the-same with the Merced mentioned in tandum with news items reported about Intel, etc. (see Business Wire) but please correct me if I'm wrong(??) Where is Merced, Inc. located (with CEO and phone numbers if you can)? Also, I need like information on the EHI subsidiary.

What documentation is available to support rumors of said newly expected press releases regarding aforementioned (see ITGL:message dated 3-7 Yahoo board re:Radio Shack, etc.)next week (3/8-3/12)? Did this information come from Rhonda, Tony or elsewhere?

According to Tony, a newsletter regarding both old and up-coming CSHK endeavors, contracts, binding letters, etc. will be sent to persons who call and supply CSHK corporates with their address and phone listings. So, I encourage Tony and/or Rhonda, if and when, upon reading either of my messages to please compose and circulate ASAP for the benefit of your potential long-term investors.

I do not think any of the negative postings I have read on any board, including the warning of "hype" in the Raging Bull are valid representations of CSHK but I feel it is time for management to post something on-line, e-mail or U.S. Mail addressing queries such as those herein for the 400,000+ remaining share holders as of 3/7, who are your potential "long-haulers" who might have easily bailed with the sum 3,000,000+ others last week. Apparently, I am not one of them. Frankly speaking, is CSHK interested in suplanting its "long-termers"? If so, with whom?

I suggest the best way to discourage massive profit-takers on the wave of the next CSHK press release is to be forthcoming ASAP with correspondence and clarification. I never post an e-mail address anywhere but in order to challenge Tony, Rhonda and all those who can answer my questions, step up to the plate:cyndrela@as.net (For all who take note in my Yahoo board posting, I mispelled my address the first time!) If Tony and Rhonda are truly honest, such as I am, they will send me a rough draft of that newsletter. spk.
