Charles, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't RD's area of expertise in the field of petroleum exploration?

Charles,
>>If you want a facility automated... then let me know and I will try to help you out.<< How's about automating a system that could beat my world hamburger record - put that in your drill core and assay it! And there-in lies the challenge...it took "big blue" how many years to win the chess championship against a human. It's a new dawn - not really, it's the same 'ol winemaker - Don Corleone

There must be a reason that IPM is not issuing public statements or press releases to maintain investor confidence. I've been involved in litigation with a government agency before and know that our legal council at that time recommended tight control of all correspondence and public statements. I recall we've had lawyers post to this thread in the past and I welcome any comments you or they might have concerning how the gag order on the AZDOM is affecting the ability of IPM to issue public statements, press releases and private inquiries by investors. In my opinion the AZDOM gag order has also put a gag on IPM concerning anything that could be even remotely viewed as a forward looking statement. That is why we have seen no official messages from management and only hard facts (good and bad) from corporate press releases.
