Bob,

No problems with me and E*Trade today.

I almost always have problems if I log into Datek or SI (or probably anything that requires authorization) and try to use E*Trade.

I usually exit the browser then re-start it.

Try flushing your browser's cache (should really matter but you never know), exit the browser, then re-start.

Don

I am having the same problems. EGRP service is terrible. It took them to March 5th to convert my IRA to ROTH. Will move IRA to another broker.

RD,

I access E-Trade every day and I've never had the problems everyone else on this thread has had. I wonder if it has to do with location. Sometimes it's been slow like back in October when everyone was panic selling, but I've never had service problems. Oh well, lucky me.

It was a bit disconcerting yesterday. I very rarely get cut off but yesterday it acted like my ISP provider kept turning me off (many times) or so I assumed. Maybe it was E-Trade after all, since others had similar problems. I had to log back on again and again but each time returned me fast.

Any idea of what is causing the big drop in this stock today?

Other than their poor service.

I will buy any stock if there is a profit to be made.
