You are just a poor lonely soul that has no friends and nothing to do with his life. You know your not short 1 damn share. If U are then prove it. Scan a confirmation on your short sale and post it right here. Prove to us that U are short otherwise your just a punk. Mr Metals. PS. Beautifully understated sarcasm, viper -g- Agendas are OK, imho, they are to be expected here. I too have one - I come here to learn. And it works - I had today an interesting series of communications from a person who wishes to remain anonymous, but in whose knowledge, judgement and integrity I put considerable faith. Briefly (lack of time here just now); 1. Carson is full of it - the case is not so simple. 2. Asensio is full of it - the case is not so simple. 3. The speed, or lack of speed, of the court is normal. There are only 15 judges, and a great many cases. 4. The court (La Corte Suprema de Justicia) is honest, and Chief Justice Gomez especially so, unlike the normal judicial system, which is 'corrupt to the bone' 5. Because it is not a simple case, and because the court is honest and determined to be fair and to be seen as fair, there likely will not be a 100% win or loss by one side or the other. .... gotta go ........ more later ........... cheers .......... marcos
