Craig,

If Osicom issues another convertible I will DEFINITELY sell most if not all of my shares in this company and then reasses the damage once the bloodletting is over.

<<<How do you know FIBR won't just do another convertible and add even more shares? Shares authorized are 40 or 50 million now, correct?
>>

You don't know, and probably they will have to secure some more long term financing if they plan on staying in business. The cash flow is not there to generate growth internally.

The shareholders will begin to sing..."Where have all the shares come from??, Long Time Passing....!" (Sung to the tune of "Where have all the flowers gone"!)

Just my opinion.

regards
Stew

Just a thought, but the price seems to be stuck at around 5. Is this the level that the stock can be shorted on an uptick, and if so, might this explain what appears to be a 'support level' ... but in reverse ?. Any comments ?. I'm long Fibr ... great story whatever happens !
Good luck to everyone (long and short), but hope the longs win out !
