Cititude, you posted a lot of good information. However, I might remind you of the following:

My first concern is that FTEL has been promising sales forever. I am probably this thread's worst skeptic by now, but I've got to see that "major" order before I believe anything. Also, will the major order be like the "major company" (Intrine)? And where is the Intrine order, anyway?

Second, does anyone think they will get a National listing? Why? It doesn't seem likely to me. I expect a Small Cap listing since that seems to be the category they fall under (you must then probably wait for Fed approval before it is marginable).

Third, RACE had many demos out to fortune 500 companies. Look how they've faired? Nothing ever happened. It still may be a little early to say that FTEL won't come up with storm, but if it doesn't happen by June 30, 1998, the odds are even less favorable that they will, IMO.

Fourth, why is it MM manipulation when the stock goes down? Maybe it was manipulation that brought it up too high? (hey, this is a dirty job being the bear, but someone's got to do it or the world will be taken over by bulls).

Frank has by far the largest holding. The other large holder is no longer with the company. Frank has how many fewer shares? And the CFO just filed a 144 a short time ago.

I'd like to find out more about the IPO. Can we get a copy of the IPO info? What is the price it will IPO at? Who is expected to IPO FNET?

This is a manic market, so it is hard to guess what they can sell to the public, but since Frank recently bought his FNET at less than two cents a share from FTEL, I find it hard to believe they will get zillions of dollars. I might also add that if FNET is that valuable, then why did Frank convert his loans at less than two cents per share into FNET shares? I thought he was getting paid plenty (~$ 250,000/year plus bonuses in the form of cash or FTEL options in the hundreds of thousands).

You can verify the option info, etc., by going to the following link:

Many on this thread might blame me for my tone of posting, but look how I am treated. Given the circumstances, aren't I rather nice?

Waiting to see how FTEL does by June 30, 1998 for vindication, or not. Yes, I say this over and over so that when June 30, 1998 comes around, you will have known exactly where I stood.

FTEL: $ 4.25b $ 4.31a
