EGGS is a no-brainer.

Famous last words, Cowboy. I never did jump in on the long side, but did caution against shorting as you may recall. However, you might consider one disadvantage of EGGS vs all the other hot internet stocks. That is, management actually has a track record (and it's not exactly spotless). Bezos never ran a business before he started AMZN. He just had an idea and the ability to sell it to venture capitalists. There were no skeletons of failed business models sitting there in the closet (with the door open in EGGS case). There are probably still a lot of very disappointed long-term holders of EGGS sitting out there who had almost given up on seeing any real value out of their shares. They'd be the people who bought in in the low teens in '95-'96 or in the mid-teens in '90-'91, watching it go to the upper 20s in '92 only to fall to single digits. They will be selling every time the stock approaches an earlier peak because they have been disappointed by the same management that you are buying into as a "no-brainer".

OTOH, if you managed to get out of NETZ near its peak of - what - $1.47, then maybe you'll get lucky here too.
