Stewart, I actually remember from the conference call someone asking Par if Osicom would need more cash, but I'm pretty sure he said everything was fine in that department and that they weren't even looking into it. They have a credit line of 28 million and they are now profitable. I haven't seen a cash flow statement this quarter, but I would guess that if FIBR is cash flow negative that it won't be a big amount. In regards to the floorless convertible, the possibility of them issuing one won't scare me away. The things turn up as an S-3 filing which is easy to catch and sell before anyone figures out what's going on. I'll have plenty of time to take my profits... Grant
