Your downside risk is exactly 100% of your money as with any other stock. Don't forget this stock was $.0032 not too long ago.

Brettster. We've become known as the crash and burn stock of the bb's.
We can't support a 3 cent increase let alone 20 cents, based on the last runup. This company was GIVING away shares of another company for FREE and look what happened.
To get this to 20 cents and keep it there would require ALL of those factors on your list to be filled.
Was just getting ready to send my check and a EUTO cert to E*TRADE to open an account (DLJ direct is killing me on commissions) then I looked at EUTO bid, now at 2 cents. Well, I guess I have to write another check to make up the difference for the grand that they want for minimum opening balance

Every dog has it's day...Good luck to everyone that is sticking behind the company. If the company is found to be honest, forthright, and has not mislead it's investors in ANY way, and they do what they have said they will do. then it will go up...If it is found out that there are some shady dealings then the stock is in trouble....No one knows at this time what has happened....By the time you do it will either look good for you or you will start to see water forming around your eyelids as you sink beneath the surface of the sea....

To all: The thing that really has me upset at this point about the "leaking" of the shares is the fact that they are leaking shares that they "stole" from me. I entered into a kind of contract with Eutro when I accepted the share exchange. They originally stated that they would not do the deal unless 80% of the outstanding shares were exchanged. Then they backed off and decided that the amount that came in by the deadline was acceptable enough to go through with the exchange. Whatever the %, I was giving up my shares for a reduced float and greater shareholder value. That has not happened.

Now, I keep asking myself, "why did I do the exchange?" My answer has always been that I thought it would keep from having a reverse split happen and was a way to reduce the float and still have something to show for the exchanged shares, rather than nothing in a reverse split situation. But now I am seeing that I have a couple thousand worthless untradable shares of preferred stock, that will probably never receive a dividend, and a worthless option to buy several thousand shares at $1.00. So as I'm seeing things now, Eutro has taken 100,000 shares from me for worthless paper and is selling them back into the float at 10 times what they could have gotten without the exchange "deal"! This looks like some pretty creative financing to me.

I hope I remember these lessons that this investment has taught me over the last 2 years. I wonder if I could sue them for my money back for a bait and switch routine? I am going to bring this up with Brad this coming week. Do any others feel the same, or am I the only one left that "fell" for the exchange?

Doug

William:
I respect you and I really value your opinion and thanks for your optimistic view of Eutro Holding Company. You are right there are other companies with huge floats and they do make runups, but only at the mercy of the MM's greed, contracts, inventions, etc... Many investors on this thread have paid quite a bit for their shares and it would be foolish for them to sell at this point for the reason of "just in case"...but why add....the downside risk is bankruptcy for Eutro....which in my view seems awful likely...or why would the sell shares back into the float.....even being a little more optimistic the downside could be back to what .008. Many investors trusted Eutro Holding to complete their promises and alot have added and kept adding shares all the way down to where we are now.
So maybe we should just forget about everything that has happened and keep buying more shares. I know of at least three of the big investors on this thread has liquidated approx 6 mil shares since this whole mess started. But we should buy more.... I will hold until December and see what happens.
