Paul,
Waterhouse will cost you more than a full size broker if you trade much. They are a principle market maker and do a lot of manipulation. Service is terrible. Told you 6 mos. ago to change and repeat, do so now. OK for long time holds but your day trading will let them have half your profits. Their spread when I used them on NASDAQ was always higher than other quotes. May be corrected now but I doubt it. Check their broker by phone and compare to real time on any 4 ltr stk.
