WHAT PROMOTION? Do you see this company saying ANYTHING that might, in the remotest sense of the word, be construed as bloody PROMOTION?!?! Jesus, as shareholders, we've been BEGGING them to promote this stock a little and yet they refuse to do so. These guys believe in the old axim: "Walk quietly, but carry a big stick". It is (informed) SPECULATION that KRY will win Las Cristinas that has driven this stock to $11+. Nothing more, nothing less.

As I see it, short or long, it all depends on the ruling and nothing more. The people who where long and sold out is there loss. That's the name of the game. Never sell into negative emotion. That's when you buy and vice versa when things are very positive. THis is all or nothing IMO. If your long, who cares if the stock dove 5 bucks. You are "THE BELIEVERS" in KRY weren't you and convinced they are going to win. You were going to hold it for the ruling anyways weren't you??? ALL OR NOTHING!!!!!! For the shorter's, Arsensio has a great track record, someone to follow most of the time but not this time. He is a smart guy and a crook but very smart anyways. He knows what the outcome will be and believe it or not he has done his DD! Shorters beware, he only cares for himself especially how deeply he WAS in the stock and still is. He was scared because the stock was over 11. It was time to make a move. Why did he wait until now??? HMMM... think about it. Remember he shorted a lot around 5 to 7. He also thought the ruling was coming soon way way back in ..... Believe in KRY! And do your own research to give you faith. See ya at 25 Next friday! or 1 C'Man
