Don, that was a repost from Yahoo. I have no problem with any of it, with the exception of the last sentence, dealing with lies. That sentence was not aimed at you, nor did I write it.
I may not always agree with your outlook, but, I didn't and wouldn't call you a liar. I hope there is no misunderstanding about that.

This is getting too complicated.

However I can tell you what goes on in the Cayman Islands. The best thing there is the night life at the Holiday Inn. This guy that calls himself The Barefoot Man has a band and can they can jam it up. Might be a good thing for some of you boys to do this weekend...good old R&R to take the edge off.

Million share option is a little excessive, but the exercise price is at 15.38, don't you think the price would have to be in the 20's before he exercises them. That shows undervalue. Virgin Islands, what do you want to know. Their doing business with them. The location makes you feel skeptical. Your not looking at the potential. Actrade has pulled 4 quarters of Revenue growth of at LEAST 100% and Earnings of 100%. How can you knock that? The Ceo went bankrupt in a different country 13 years ago. Over a decade and people are crying and moaning. People go bankrupt here and they get their credit back to normal in 5-7 years. Find somthing withing the last 2 years.

You guys still probably piss and moan over Nixon

It's BVI not the Caymans.

NEW YORK, Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- ACTRADE INTERNATIONAL, LTD's (Nasdaq-NNM: ACRT - news) subsidiary, Actrade Capital, Inc., announced today the establishment of a new credit facility with Commercial Finance Institution, Ltd., a British Virgin Island Company specializing in the financing of international commercial paper.

There's been a lot of discussion about the Cayman Islands. The Caymans are an independent, and not part of the British Commonwealth, and were never part of the British Virgin Islands. Commercial Finance Institution is on Tortola, the largest of the BVIs, which is next to St. John, which is next to St. Thomas. There are major banks, lenders and financial institutions present on Tortola, Barclay Bank being one of them. The Caymans are also a major banking center, as are the Bahama Islands. Just because it is an offshore financial center does not mean it is a storefront operation. There may be some tax or other advantages for securing the capital from an offshore institution. If any of you had as much money as you say you do, you would probably know about the Caymans, BVI and Bahama banks.

PS: Lloy. The Holiday Inn Cayman on 7 mile beach is where all the "tourists" go. If it's getting "too complicated" for you, why don't you leave.
