Saju,

Hello, I, too, am in Austin, Texas. And actually
I was a guest lecturer in the business school this week.

As to your legal point. I'm fascinated by this.
As I don't have ANY position in the stock. Am not an
insider either with DELL or SEEK. And clearly marked
the RUMOR as a RUMOR only, this is illegal?

I've been investing for only ten years. And visiting
message boards for less than a year. So, please enlighten
me. And if your conscience dictates that I should be
reported, please go ahead. If I've broken the law,
I've broken the law. And I am a reponsible person, willing
to take whatever penalty.

Thanks for whatever insight you can provide in
this matter.

c m

sounds like you don't know anything about U.S. securities law.

you ought to go to the library and read up on it before posting.
