GE, MSFT, GM, etc don't have histories of shares outstanding skyrocketing with nothing to show for it either! They don't do private placements every other week like a certain stock we know does so it is not necessary for them to specify.

That's a bold statement Craig. I did a terse look through the SEC filings and couldn't find a private placement for last quarter that was a floorless convertible. Could you please link me to your claim, or give me the date of the filing?

I don't think they've issued one in a while.

In what recent S.E.C. filings do you see this happening every other week?
