preferred shares do not count towards the float. The exchange will not increase the float. Its a win win situation

My God, What is this? Lynch Jane day or something?? For somebody who supports the company and adds valuable information without verbal abuse and/or hype, I think several of you new posters on this thread need to go back and re-read the thread before coming to improper conclusions! This usually happens. A BB stock attracts attention once it makes a run up. Funny thing, where were all of yous when FAMH ran from .19 to about .38??? Well, at least I can safely say that $1.25 by the end of trading today is improbable. Thanks and have a great day!! I will be at the mall after market closes. Jane
