look for announcement on Monday between VNTV and Trilogy - a sales configuration system provider. I think it will be along the lines of a joint marketing agreement, as opposed to a merger/acquisition, etc.

THis is will be very good for VNTV.

Melissa, since you seem to think that this merger will be successful you may want to read an article in the Feb 28 issue of the Economist, page 65. It talks about the breakdown of the SmithKline/Glaxo merger, and gives some interesting facts and figures about mergers and acquisitons in general.
