I had a brief conversation with Kent Koski (CFO) the other day.
He sounded confident, and simply said that there is some seller out there driving the price down, He is not aware of any problem with the company, and remains confident of 1Q98 and 98 year earning forecast. He also did not see any problem with the inventory build up in 4Q97, or from the cash shortage (which is now at about $6M). He did not see any possibility of a secondary offering in the near future, but thought that perhaps the stock price may be depressed due to the recent failed secondary. He also said that all analysts following the company are still forecasting 30% growth in 98, and the company has been doing roadshows with various analysts, e.g., Wedbush, Cruttenden Roth, etc to gain more visibility.

I guess no new revelation in this conversation. Time will tell the real story.

Not only is it cloudy, I'm getting real tired of getting pissed on due to managements inability to take this thing and run with it. Everyone is waiting for them to make it happen and they just don't step up when the opportunity presents itself. Talk about killing the golden goose.

It's going to be one hell of an annual meeting if things don't get turned around quickly.

Thanks for your lucid posts, esecurities.

esecurities, I agree with you that a NASCAR PRO Force Feedback wheel would be a great idea, but not at the expense of the name MOTORSPORT GT because,if memory serves me well, the term motorsport is much more common in Europe than here. I would hope, though, that this time they do some research as to the differences between Formula 1 steering wheels and NASCAR's. The market in Europe could be pretty big if you don't make those kind of rookie mistakes a second time.
How are they doing in Europe anyway?

Any thoughts, anyone
