Somewhat off topic: I want to apologize to everyone here (SI members and "Lurkers" alike), for the past few weeks I have been rather "flip" with my responses to all of you. It is unlike me to get that way, especially with work related matters. There have been a few reasons why I had gotten like that. 1) I had gotten a few e-mail's trashing me (personally) and the web site which I have written (and take a lot of pride in). 2) I started to get phone calls at home from people screaming at me over things to do with the company and the stock (God lord if my office ever finds out about that one!). Now I do work out of my home and welcome people to call me here, but I also like a bit of respect. That would not even be so bad except for the fact that a few times the calls came in the middle of the night! 3) People don't always respect my answers. Be it if I say , "Im sorry, I don't know, but I'll look into it." or if I give an answer, such as why it is illegal for us to ship wine from one state to another (at this point). I try, there was a point were upper level management was so frustrated that they wanted to shut down the wed site and get rid of the e-mail. Thankfully, we did not go that route. Now some (or a lot of it, depending on your view) was my own fault, I took what was to be "open discussion" as a very personal attack on Araldica and or myself. I had to learn that was they way this works (but C. Riley was an exception!) and to just ignore the inflammatory comments and post correct answers to comments I know to be false. As I have learned most of you do you own D.D. and don't believe everything (or most) of what anyone (or I ) write. I will try my best to keep you all updated as to what is going on and what's new and exciting lately. I will try (let me repeat that -TRY) to respond to your questions, in a timely manner. Whenever possible I will reply the same day, if I need to look into a few things it will take longer and I might not get an answer. That's the way this is and there is no getting around it. If you find you don't like my response you are more then welcome to e-mail someone else at Araldica or call the office directly. I know everyone (all of us at the office included) are frustrated by the price of the stock lately. I don't know what to tell you, we are doing everything possible to build a great company. Even when we have released great news the stock slides downward. In my opinion, when the audit is completed, and the financial statements published, and we have finally filed to become a fully reporting company, the stock should take notice and react favorably. The stock price has to catch up to reality at some point! Once again, I am sorry for the way things have gone on this thread lately. I value opinions and would like to hear what things you would like to see on the web site, say under the Stockholders Information page. I am sorry for the length of this post, just need to say my piece. Matthew J. Landi, Webmaster / CIO Araldica Wineries, Ltd.
